Head of Legal, Commercial, Procurement & Company Secretary

Kathy joined LondonEnergy in February 2021 as the Legal Manager and Deputy Company Secretary. She is responsible for Legal, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Insurance (including Claims processing), and Commercial and Estate Contracts.

Before joining LondonEnergy, Kathy was an attorney and company secretary for several FTSE-listed PLCs and AIM-listed companies. She also gained experience working as a Communications Project Manager in the Pharmaceutical sector.

Kathy is a qualified Barrister (BVC) and Attorney. She holds an LL.B (Hons), a Masters in Law from King’s College, London, a Masters in Governance, Risk and Compliance, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Global Business from Said Business School, University of Oxford.

Kathy’s team are responsible for contracts, lease preparation, dispute resolution, commercial and procurement activities, risk and internal audit management, Insurance, and compliance.
